This is my go-to detox greens juice recipe and one I make on repeat. When I prep this, I drink a full cup every single day, sometimes even twice a day depending on how my body feels.
I’m a huge believer that freshly juiced greens beat any powdered greens supplement on the market. When you juice at home, you know exactly what’s going into your body — no fillers, no mystery ingredients, and no guessing. Plus, you can easily adjust the recipe based on your taste preferences or wellness needs.
Why I Prefer Fresh Green Juice Over Powders
- You control every ingredient
- No additives, fillers, or artificial sweeteners
- Fresher taste and higher nutrient integrity
- Easy to customize based on your body’s needs
This juice is green, earthy, slightly tart, and incredibly refreshing. It’s a staple in my routine whenever I want to reset, feel lighter, or simply add more greens into my day.
