Detox Greens

This is my go to detox greens recipe! I drink a full cup each day of the week when I make this, and sometimes twice. The benefits of juicing your own greens is by far way better than any of the manufactured powders out there.
You see exactly what's going in there and you have the ability to adjust as needed.

Equipment

  • 1 Juicer I use a Namawell J2

Ingredients

  • 3 bunches organic spinach
  • 1 bunch organic red kale
  • 3 bunches organic dino kale
  • 1 bag organic green apples
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed

Instructions

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables with baking soda and vinegar, drain and then juice.
  • Spoon off the extra froth and store in mason jar.
  • Juice can last in refrigerator up to 3 days for full benefit. Store the ones you will not drink within those 3 days in the freezer until ready.
